Even though Green Energy was not the primary issue of the recent Ontario Election (was there a primary issue?), it certainly was a primary issue for those interested in Green Power. Especially import and for those in the Solar Industry that has grown up in Ontario based on the Green Energy Act. It was generally understood that the Green Energy Act and the provisions that provided for the Feed-in-Tariff (FIT) program would be safe under a Liberal re-elected government. With the Liberals re-elected (albeit a minority government), the industry seems to taking collective sigh of relief and is moving forward.

This article in the Oct 23rd edition of the Toronto Sun Homes Section is part of bringing this revenue opportunity to the consciousness of the average Ontarian, especially those in urban areas.
